Women's health & Mummy MOT®

As a certified Mummy MOT® practitioner, I provide a comprehensive postnatal assessment to address pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti (tummy gap), and C-section scar recovery. You’ll receive a tailored postpartum rehabilitation plan with functional exercises designed to help you meet the physical demands of motherhood and return to the activities you love safely.
