I never hesitate to recommend Katy to my pregnant and postnatal friends! After my postnatal physio check up, I have been seeing her on a regular basis for posture issues and neck and shoulder pain from carrying my kids. She makes you feel relaxed and listened to, adjusting her approach to suit you. I always feel great and more mobile after a session and treated with so much care. I’ve also learned a great deal about the changes that my body went through during and after two pregnancies and a c-section and how to best cope with it, which has been very empowering. I really struggled with ab separation after giving birth. I first saw Katy for a Mummy MOT at 6 weeks postpartum, where she assessed me and got me started on 360 breathing and exercises to strengthen my core along with visceral massage. She encouraged me to progress the exercises as my ab separation improved. Within 3 months, I was back to feeling normal again and lost over 17cm around my belly.
