Yes you can! This is suitable to begin the moment you get home from the hospital. It includes the type of exercises I would give my patients to rehabilitate and stay pain and ache-free, daily-life tips to learn and education on fourt-trimester following our assessment on the video call.

Cancellation Policy

Please note there is 100% charge on appointments cancelled within 48 hours. This fee applies to all patients, including those with insurance. Insurance companies will not be billed for missed appointments. The patient will be responsible for the fee.
